If there is one thing that characterises the historic centre of Andorra la Vella, it is the monuments and emblematic buildings that can be visited to learn about the history of the country.
The Casa de la Vall, the former parliament and now converted into a museum, was inaugurated in 1850. Behind its walls lies a very important heritage. A few metres away is the current parliamentary seat: the Consell General.
Other places of interest in the Barri Antic are the church of Sant Esteve, the Town Square and the work of the 7 Poets. They are all close to each other, so the itinerary to visit them can be completed in just a few minutes.
