Escaldes-Engordany Church, Sant Pere Mártir

In this image we can see the Sant Pere Martir Church and, despite being one of the best known churches in the whole Principality, not everyone knows its history or its use.

Firstly, the church was built by the architect Josep Dane to dedicate it to the pelaires, given the importance of the textile industry in the country during that time.

The church has a Neo-Romanesque style, is facade was created in 1956 and built with beefy cut stone.
